SHAPE America Internship Program
The SHAPE America Internship
Program is committed to providing students with an opportunity to gain
valuable comprehensive experience working in the various aspects of a
professional national organization. SHAPE America offers a wide spectrum
of programs, and will collaborate with the student and their
institution to achieve a distinctive internship experience within the
organization. SHAPE America internships are available year round.
Prospective
applicants must currently be at least a college junior or in a graduate
program. To apply for an internship please submit the following
information by mail or fax.
- A completed Internship Program application form
- Letter of interest (1-2 pages in length)
- Resume
- Two letters of recommendation - 1 from a college/university professor and 1 from a recent (1-3 yrs.) employer
- Desired start date of internship
Please note: all materials must be submitted 90 days prior to the desired start date.
