Attention all health and physical education superheroes! We’re excited to offer the “Send a Teacher” grant opportunity for the 2026 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo.

Grant recipients receive:

  • Free registration to the 2026 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo*
  • A one-year SHAPE America Select Professional membership

*Individuals selected as grant recipients will be provided with a promo code to be used during the registration process. This grant covers only the cost of the convention registration; individuals are responsible for all other associated expenses.

Grant Application Details

“Send a Teacher” grants are limited, and applications are due by 11:59 p.m. PT on December 17, 2025. To be considered, complete the grant application found on this page.

Grant recipients will be selected in December, and SHAPE America staff will reach out to the selected individuals in January 2026. All applications will receive follow-up regardless of selection status.
