Craft Your Perfect Convention Experience
Use the schedule-at-a-glance to see when sessions and events are taking place at #SHAPECharlotte.
The preliminary program will be available in November, with session titles, speaker names, and additional details — the final program will be available in January. Approximately one month prior to convention, you can create a personalized schedule that aligns with your professional development goals and interests. Choose sessions by topic, presenter, or event type.
When the convention mobile app becomes available one week before the big event, you’ll have another option for building your schedule, reviewing program sessions, and finding your favorite exhibitors.

Workshops
If you want to go even deeper with your professional development, sign up for one of the half-day workshops offered on Wednesday, April 7.
Continuing Education Credits
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field and earn credit while doing it! Attendees can add graduate credit, CHES®/MCHES® Continuing Education Contact Hours, and SHAPE America Contact Hours to their registration.
Partner Training Clinics
We’re planning to offer complimentary partner training clinics on Wednesday, April 7 (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.). If you’re interested in these optional, hands-on learning opportunities, consider this timeframe when making your convention travel plans. Details will be shared as clinics are confirmed.
