How to Submit a Proposal

Step 1: Review the Presenter Agreement

All presenters must read and agree to the Presenter Agreement before being listed on a session proposal.

Step 2: Choose the Right Submission Category

Carefully review the available submission categories and select the most appropriate category and sub-category (if applicable) for your session content.

Step 3: Review the Submission Guide

Make sure you understand the requirements for your proposal by reviewing the appropriate submission guide. These session types are intended to be educator-led or research-focused.

Step 4: Start Your Submission

Whether you’re focused on curriculum design, advocacy, technology integration, or community engagement, your expertise can help move the profession forward.

Click the link below to begin. Make sure to select the correct session type before selecting “Start Submission.”

You do not need to complete your proposal in one sitting. Once you begin, you will receive a submission initiation email containing a link, your session/abstract ID, and a password. These credentials will allow you to return to your submission and make edits at any time before the deadline.

Please save that email: The link, session/abstract ID, and password will be required to access, complete, and/or make changes to your submission at any time before the submission deadline.

Solutions in Practice Sessions

Corporate and nonprofit organizations interested in leading a presentation- or activity-based session must submit through the Solutions in Practice Sessions category.

Available Solutions in Practice session formats include:

Learning Leader Spotlight (presentation-based session): $1,000 sponsorship fee
Power in Play Showcase (activity-based session): $1,500 sponsorship fee
Sports Park Experience (activity-based session): $1,500 sponsorship fee
